The work does not stop when you open another apartment. But when receipts, photos, and messages stay in one list, it is hard to know which cost belongs to which client and what needs to happen today.
Set a clear boundary for every apartment
- A project name with the address or client name
- A separate budget with expenses linked to the job
- Files, photos, and messages in the same project
- Tasks with a date and owner
Do not run the day by whoever sent the last message. Start with the active jobs, choose what is urgent today, and only then move to messages and purchases.
A short morning check
Each morning, check three things for every job: a task due today, a material or supplier blocking the next step, and an expense that needs recording. That is enough to see where the day needs attention.
When jobs are separate but visible together, you can move between them without losing the big picture or mixing budgets.
